How long does production take?
Standard pieces take two to three weeks after approval. The exact lead time is stated in the quotation before you commit.
What does the quotation include?
Stones, mounting, metal weight, labour and certification, itemised. No platform fee is added on top.
Can I change the design after sending?
Yes. Until you approve the quotation every parameter stays editable, and a revised quotation is issued at no cost.
Do you ship the finished piece?
Yes. Insured shipping is arranged worldwide, with tracking and the full documentation of the piece.
